Facilities Tech II

Responsibilities

• Cleans and maintains HVAC, refrigeration, and facility structures.
• Sets up and troubleshoots specialized equipment such as nurse call systems, medical gas outlets, TVs, and patient transport gear.
• Maintains and repairs faulty mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and boiler equipment.
• Performs daily checks and repairs on specialized equipment.
• Fulfills safety checks to ensure compliance with regulatory codes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of trade school.
• Two years of experience.
• Other equivalent combination of relevant education or experience.
