About Maddox PRO
PRO (Professional Resource Organization) is a shared services organization and sister company to Maddox Industrial Transformer. It handles facilities acquisition, development, construction, and maintenance across all Maddox locations, as well as community engagement and business investments in the towns where Maddox operates. Maddox PRO shares the same Christian values and commitment to investing in people, processes, and culture.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily janitorial duties at multiple Maddox buildings (offices, retail, and Airbnb spaces).
- Indoor and outdoor cleaning, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal.
- Clean and restock restrooms, and respond to cleaning needs throughout the day.
- Assist with setup and teardown for company events.
- Support seasonal deep‑cleaning projects.
- Identify and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards.
Requirements
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Valid driver’s license required for travel between sites.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Must be able to work before or after normal business hours to avoid disrupting operations.
Schedule
Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
