Pay
Estimated annual base pay: $18.27 (minimum) – $24.04 (midpoint) – $29.33 (maximum). Plus overtime if applicable.

Responsibilities
- Schedules and tracks routine maintenance activities for facilities to ensure optimal functionality.
- Orders and manages inventory of supplies, ensuring availability and timely restocking.
- Conducts regular inspections of facilities to identify and report maintenance or safety issues.
- Assists in coordinating with vendors and service providers for facility-related services and repairs.
- Maintains accurate records of facility operations, including maintenance logs and inventory records.
- Works with the Procurement Team to establish suppliers for facilities activities.
