About the role

As a Facilities Specialist, you’ll oversee team activities that coordinate with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure work orders are completed.

Work Environment

• Onsite at 700 Universe Boulevard, Juno Beach, FL
• Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Team consists of one other Facilities Coordinator
• Typical day involves receiving tickets from the ticketing system and distributing them accordingly
• Ordering basic supplies

Requirements

• 2–4 years of facilities coordination or related experience
• Comfortable with computers and facility-management software
• Must pass a background check (statewide criminal search) and drug test
