Responsibilities
- Coordinates and oversees repair and maintenance work assignments.
- Serves as a liaison between technicians, vendors, and contractors for building maintenance, landscaping, and janitorial work.
- Ensures services rendered comply with O&M policies and seeks concurrence from senior facility operations specialists.
- Submits and processes work orders, ensuring they are completed in a timely manner.
- Verifies monthly metrics against O&M parameters and reports any discrepancies.
- Utilizes the facility integration tool for submitting service requests.
- Collects and provides monthly metrics for executive reporting on service order completion rates.
- Performs facility inspections, including quality assurance on preventive maintenance inspections, and reports any anomalies.
- Collaborates with Space Management to ensure employees have designated seating.
- Understands and follows the process of Space Management.
- Obtains proposals from vendors for the procurement of parts, service, and labor for projects.
- Ensures invoices are accurate and paid on time after services are completed.
- Works with senior facility operations specialists to understand and manage the Space Management process.
Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of related experience.
- Minimum of one year of completion towards an associate degree.
- Active TS/SCI clearance required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to customers.
- Effective presentation and problem-solving skills.
- Input for annual budgetary formulation for your area of responsibility.
- Basic mathematical skills, including percentages, discounts, and commissions.
