Responsibilities
- Covers and/or manages repair and maintenance work assignments.
- Sets up and ensures compliance with O&M policies.
- Submits and completes work orders promptly.
- Verifies monthly work order metrics against O&M parameters.
- Utilizes facility integration tool for service request submissions.
- Collects and reports monthly metrics for executive review.
- Performs facility inspections and reports anomalies.
- Collaborates with Space Management for employee seating.
- Understands and follows Space Management processes.
- Obtains vendor proposals for project needs.
- Affirms invoice accuracy and timely payment.
- Communicates with senior facility operations specialists.
Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of related experience.
- Minimum of one year towards an associate degree.
- Active TS/SCI clearance required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
- Effective service delivery and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive issues and provide input.
- Basic financial calculations proficiency.
