Responsibilities

  • Covers and/or manages repair and maintenance work assignments.
  • Sets up and ensures compliance with O&M policies.
  • Submits and completes work orders promptly.
  • Verifies monthly work order metrics against O&M parameters.
  • Utilizes facility integration tool for service request submissions.
  • Collects and reports monthly metrics for executive review.
  • Performs facility inspections and reports anomalies.
  • Collaborates with Space Management for employee seating.
  • Understands and follows Space Management processes.
  • Obtains vendor proposals for project needs.
  • Affirms invoice accuracy and timely payment.
  • Communicates with senior facility operations specialists.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year of related experience.
  • Minimum of one year towards an associate degree.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
  • Effective service delivery and presentation skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive issues and provide input.
  • Basic financial calculations proficiency.
