Facilities, Shipping and Receiving Clerk

About the role

This position is responsible for shipping, receiving and facilities maintenance functions at our Pennsylvania facility. The role involves driving a company vehicle to support business needs.

Responsibilities

• Shipping and receiving duties
• Facilities maintenance and custodial tasks
• Routine workplace and equipment maintenance
• Driving company vehicle to support business needs
• Maintaining inventory of shipping materials and facility supplies
• Adhering to all safety procedures and using required safety equipment

Requirements

• Minimum High School Diploma
• Experience with UPS and Federal Express shipping procedures and forms
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Box truck driving experience desired
• Ability to obtain medical certification for driving box truck long distances
• Background permitting the U.S. Department of Defense to issue a Secret Clearance (including U.S. Citizenship)
• Licensed forklift truck operator certification (a plus)
• Ability to lift, bend, climb and twist
• Basic computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite
• Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge (a plus)

Pay

$20–$24 per hour, depending on experience.

Schedule

Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. Position may require flexible hours, occasional evening shifts, overnight stays, and overtime as needed.
