Facilities SCADA Engineer

Role: The Senior/Staff Facilities SCADA Engineer designs, maintains, and improves automation systems supporting facility operations. Responsibilities include: developing PLC programs using Siemens platforms, configuring HMI applications, deploying and troubleshooting Siemens automation hardware, collaborating with teams to ensure system reliability and performance, documenting systems, and utilizing AI tools for process improvements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Controls Engineering or related field, with 5+ years of PLC programming, hardware, and system architecture experience. Proficiency in Siemens PLCs, SCADA systems, network infrastructure, and cybersecurity fundamentals is required. Preferred Skills: 7+ years in SCADA/PLC within semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing, experience with AVEVA System Platform OMI, FasTrak 505 Workshop, industrial communication protocols (PROFIBUS, PROFINET), and troubleshooting complex systems.
