Facilities Project Technician

About the role

Responsible for maintaining RCGR assets and providing restorative services across the facility. Works as directed and supports all projects, including nights, weekends, and adjustments to the schedule based on guest load or weather requirements. Assists in completing projects and restorative processes efficiently and ensures they are completed properly. May assist in tracking inventory and supply costs of repair parts and making recommendations for orders of needed parts, equipment, or materials. Works as part of a Project team to ensure facility assets are properly maintained, refurbished, pests are eradicated, and suggestions for improvements and purchases are made.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Position is Monday - Friday.

Benefits

• $23.50 per hour with Premium pay
• 40 hours of paid time off upon hire
