Facilities - Physical Plant Facility Mgt Assistant (Student Position)

About the role

The Facility Manager Assistant will assist with support functions of our integrated workplace management system Planon.

Responsibilities

• Set-up of HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing system assets
• Creation of preventative maintenance schedule for assets
• Update/create user training guides for both Campus and Physical Plant dealing with the various modules of Planon

Requirements

• Must have strong communication and customer service skills
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft
• Work experience/academic background in Facility Management is preferred
• As an individual who is responsible for driving on behalf of the university, a driving record check will be run pursuant to university policies
• The individual will be required to sign an authorization to run a criminal history background and driving record check
