Location: Denver, CO (on-site). Standard work week is 40 hours.

About the role

As a Facilities Operations Specialist 3, you will coordinate facility team activities to support a corporate campus consisting of multiple leased office buildings, engineering labs, and warehouse spaces.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and oversee tenant building and critical systems maintenance.
  • Coordinate requirements gathering, budget approvals, vendor sourcing, and project management for facility improvement or repair projects.
  • Oversee maintenance vendors and on-site food/refreshments & catering services.
  • Manage space, occupancy planning, metrics reporting, office moves, and hybrid desk reservation systems.
  • Engage with Executive Leadership to support corporate initiatives and special events.
  • Coordinate internal facility communications and serve as liaison to landlord.
  • Collaborate with Security, Information Technology, Quality, Safety, and Engineering teams to maintain compliance with technical standards and support audits.
  • Support vendor contract management and facilities budget execution.
  • Research industry trends and identify improvements to enhance employee experience or operational efficiency.
  • Respond to urgent facility matters as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Minimum of 4 years of related work experience in facilities, office space, and/or property management.
  • Strong communication, budgeting, and Microsoft Office tools experience.
  • Proven teaming, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work with outside vendors and manage team tasking and planning.
  • Schedule flexibility to respond to urgent facility matters.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Corporate office property management or facilities engineering background.
  • Experience with commercial leases and vendor contracts.
  • Familiarity with BAS, HVAC, or backup power systems.
  • Familiarity with CAD or space occupancy planning tools.

Pay

Salary range for this Denver-based role: $75,140 – $125,233 per year. Salaries are based on candidate experience, qualifications, internal equity, market, and business considerations. Eligible employees may receive a discretionary annual bonus in addition to base pay.

Schedule

Standard full-time schedule (40 hours per week).
