Facilities Operations Manager

About the role

As the Facilities Operations Manager, you will oversee all aspects of facility maintenance and operations, ensuring that the facilities are clean, safe, and functional. You will be responsible for managing a team of maintenance staff, implementing energy-saving measures, and adhering to all safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance tasks including cleaning, repairs, and upgrades.
• Manage a team of maintenance staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
• Implement and monitor energy-saving initiatives to reduce costs and environmental impact.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and emergency procedures.
• Plan and execute facility improvement projects to enhance functionality and aesthetics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management or a related field.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
• Knowledge of building systems, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other maintenance practices.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with facility management software.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 annually.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required.
