Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of our facility.
  • Ensure office is compliant with State and Federal regulations.
  • Ensure all utilities are functioning properly (HVAC, Electric, Fiber, Water).
  • Schedule and supervise maintenance repair work.
  • Manage local physical security & safety policies and procedures.
  • Moves, Adds, & Changes to employee workstations.
  • Inventory management of IT ancillary hardware and building materials.
  • Maintain space management system.
  • Aid with running local projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional level experience
  • 4+ years of experience in Office Management or equivalent related functions
  • Knowledge of OSHA and other environmental regulations
  • Knowledge of general maintenance methods, operating requirements, and safety precautions related to facilities management/project management
  • Strong procurement and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Excellent at Excel
  • Ability to communicate with senior level staff
  • Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs.

  • Excellent collaboration and communication (Verbal and written) skills
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
