Facilities Mechanic II 1st Shift

About the role

The Facilities Mechanic II is responsible for maintaining site HVAC systems, Building Management System and supporting systems for the site. The position operates within legal and regulatory compliance, ensuring systems are maintained and operational within site and regulatory requirements. This person must be capable of following procedures, documenting work as/when performed and maintaining a clean/organized workplace supporting site compliance and quality standards. Responsibilities

• Performs and/or coordinates planned (Preventative) and demand maintenance activities on site HVAC system, utilities and cleanrooms
• Complies with cleaning and garbing policy as per site policies and procedures
• Conducts facility walk through and inspection for general and manufacturing areas identifying areas of improvement, replacements and repairs; performs routine daily inspections of
