About the Role

Responsible for repairs, adjustments, and ongoing maintenance of facilities. The primary emphasis is on the performance of a variety of maintenance tasks, rather than a high degree of skill in any particular trade. This is an entry-level position (S1) typically requiring little to no prior knowledge or experience. Work is routine, follows standard procedures, and is closely supervised.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical, painting, and/or carpentry repairs of fixtures and equipment on company premises.
• Conduct periodic inspections to determine maintenance work required.
• Maintain all equipment necessary to perform work.
• Communicate information that requires little explanation or interpretation.
