Facilities Manager (Prometheus)
Facility Construction and Equipment Installation
End-to-End Build-Out of a new facility design and construction, ensuring the successful delivery of structural modifications, space layouts, utility routing, etc.
Orchestrate Equipment Installations: Direct the placement, installation, utility connection, and start up for heavy industrial machinery, coordinating with OEM technicians to ensure full compliance with manufacturer specifications and strict safety codes.
Facility Management
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for equipment and facility systems.
Coordinate repairs and renovations, managing projects from conception to execution.
Cleaning Staff Supervision
Manage and schedule cleaning staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness in all areas.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleaning protocols.
Space Planning and Utilization
Assess and optimize facility space usage based on organizational needs and growth.
Develop and implement office layouts and configurations to improve workflow and employee productivity.
Asset Management
Develop systems for asset management that support lifecycle tracking and cost-effective procurement.
Maintain an inventory of all facility assets, including furniture, equipment, and machinery.
Maintain inventory and tracking of all government and customer furnished assets including tooling, equipment, and instrumentation
Track the condition and performance of assets, coordinating maintenance and repairs as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Will consider experience in lieu of degree.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in facilities management, operations management, or related field.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams.
- Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills.
- Proficient in facilities management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Able to multitask and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to manage sensitive and confidential information in accordance with government and company requirements.
- U.S. citizenship required and the ability to obtain/maintain security clearance.
