About the role
The Facilities Manager position at Premier Capital Hellas SA is based in Athens, Greece. Reporting to the Development Manager, this role oversees the maintenance and operational efficiency of all McDonald’s restaurants, Head Office, and Distribution Center facilities.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth, safe, and efficient operation of all facilities.
- Manage preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
- Oversee vendor management and compliance with fire and life safety legislation.
- Execute the M&R plan across all locations, requiring frequent travel.
- Monitor day-to-day facility operations and support locations with technical needs.
- Ensure maintenance activities comply with McDonald’s standards, internal procedures, and legal requirements.
- Coordinate repairs, supervise technical vendors and contractors, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed.
- Develop and manage a reliable network of technicians, optimize maintenance costs, and support minor construction or refurbishment projects.
Requirements
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Has more than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- A can-do attitude.
- Fluency in both Greek and English.
- Proficiency with MS Office.
- Knowledge of the Coswin platform is appreciated.
