Facilities Manager

About the role

The Facilities Manager will oversee all aspects of facility management including maintenance, repairs, cleaning, and safety protocols. They will ensure that all facilities meet regulatory standards and provide a safe environment for employees.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair all building systems and equipment
• Oversee daily cleaning and sanitation efforts
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Manage vendor contracts and service agreements
• Develop and implement energy conservation strategies
• Coordinate emergency response plans and drills

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in facility management
• Experience with facility maintenance software and systems
• Knowledge of local and federal building codes and regulations
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
