Responsibilities
- Manage the maintenance and repair of all facilities.
- Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to identify any issues that require attention.
- Perform minor maintenance and repair to building, fixtures, and equipment such as: Drywall repair/paint, Furniture/Equipment Assembly.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment – including the ordering of necessary building supplies when needed.
- Cook with external contractors and vendors to ensure that work is completed to our standards and on time.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities.
- Ensure that all facilities are clean, safe, and compliant with relevant regulations and standards.
- Provide support to other departments in the organization as needed.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Good communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and external contractors.
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
