The Role
Slip Robotics is hiring a Facilities Manager to oversee six co-located facilities in Norcross, GA. This role involves hands-on tasks such as fixing lights, changing filters, and managing vendors.
Requirements
- 5+ years in facilities, building maintenance, or a skilled trade with progressive responsibility
- Experience running a multi-building site is strongly preferred
- Hands-on trade skills across the basics: electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and basic HVAC troubleshooting
- Vendor management experience: hiring, managing, and firing service vendors
- Self-directed and organized: comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Calm under pressure: handling unexpected issues like flooded bathrooms or broken dock doors
- Strong communicator: working with various levels of the organization from the shop floor to the executive team
- Nice to have: Trade certifications, OSHA training, experience in manufacturing or industrial settings, and familiarity with building automation systems

Schedule: Standard business hours, with occasional after-hours response for building emergencies
