Facilities Manager
What's the Job?
Oversee building operations and maintenance for a portfolio of facilities
Manage work order processes and coordinate repairs and upgrades
Engage with engineering teams and ensure safety compliance
Coordinate project management activities for facility improvements
Interact with clients to address operational needs and ensure satisfaction
What's Needed?
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in facilities management or related fields
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills for effective team and client interactions
- Ability to utilize technology and systems, including MS Office Suite
- Experience in HVAC, engineering, plumbing, or plant operations is preferred
About the Role
The Facilities Manager will support onsite operations within the Property & Facilities Management department.
Requirements
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.

Strong leadership, effective communication, and proactive problem-solving skills.
