Facilities Manager

About the role

As the Facilities Manager, you will oversee all aspects of Glenn Dale, MD's facilities, including maintenance, safety, and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair all building systems and equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and guidelines.
• Manage the facility’s budget and resources effectively.
• Oversee daily operations to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless support for patient care and operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and guidelines.
• Experience with facility management software and tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
