Facilities Manager

Responsibilities

• Facilitates work through the CCMS to include all work orders and quotes in an efficient and timely manner.
• Reviews lease documents to determine responsible parties prior to assigning work through the CCMS system.
• Plans and schedules facility repairs and modifications, to include cost estimate reviews and coordinates approvals and ensures completion.
• Oversees preventive maintenance of facility equipment specifically HVAC systems.
• Ensures all utility systems are inspected in accordance with regulations such as backflow devices.
• Reviews weekly reports from various third-party vendors to ensure work is satisfactory and closed out in the CMMS system in a timely manner.
• Generates internal CCMS reports as needed.
• Provides project support related to property damage, weather emergencies, specialty cleaning and other critical maintenance issues.
• Generates project and other reports.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent technical experience preferred.
• Facilities management or multi-facility maintenance experience preferred.
• Dental Facilities Maintenance experience preferred but not required.
• Minimum of (5) years of progressive experience and responsibility in a maintenance field were holding a position overseeing multiple sites and service providers.
• Experience in working successfully in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office.
• Proven time-management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
