What You Will Do

• Maintain, troubleshoot and repair all infrastructure systems including HVAC, Chilled Water Distribution, pumps, motors, and frontend Building automation controls
• Perform as a first night shift compressed facilities mechanic supporting plant operations
• Work 12-hour shifts covering the site 24/7 from 6:00 am until 6:00 pm
• Provide coverage and support for the facility days/nights/weekends if business, schedule, or emergency situations arise

What You Will Learn

• How to manage facilities operations in a 2 Million square foot manufacturing building
• Gain technical experience working alongside senior mechanics and contractors
• Learn to troubleshoot large infrastructure equipment and controls

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a HS Diploma or GED or AA/AS degree (or another 2 year post HS training) and 4 or more years of relevant experience
• 4+ years' experience in (three or more) of the following areas:
  • HVAC and Building Automation Controls
  • Maintenance of pumps, motors, valve and actuator operation
  • Troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems
  • Refrigeration cycles
• 2+ years' experience reading and interpreting blueprints and complex schematics as well as OSHA regulations and standards for Safe work practice, hazard assessment and mitigation

Qualifications We Prefer

• Computer experience in the function and application of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) as well as common office technology including MS office suite of software and other Web based tools
• Experience in Electrical, VFD's and motor controls and leading team members
• PLC controls troubleshooting
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts

Pay

The salary range for this role is 43,400 USD - 82,600 USD.
