Facilities Maintenance Technician I

About the role

Omnia360 Facility Solutions is a full-service provider of customized and cost-efficient integrated facility solutions for corporate offices, multisite dispersed portfolios, education, and industrial-focused organizations. We are currently seeking a first shift Facilities Maintenance Technician I to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that service delivery to the client is timely and of the highest quality.
• Perform repairs and troubleshooting of facility's electrical, HVAC, and plumbing.
• Minor troubleshooting of faulty electrical systems/circuits.
• Minor HVAC PMs; replace filters as needed.
• Replace door locks and hardware.
• Repair and maintenance of floors, stairways, partitions, drywall, painting, doors, windows and furniture.
• Help with installation/repair of equipment.
• Utilize CMMS work order system.
• Add small project work.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Have excellent customer service skills and can-do attitude.
• High School Diploma or GED with additional schooling preferred.
• 3+ years of related experience or combination of experience and schooling.
• Basic computer knowledge, familiarity with CMMS software a plus.
• Personal Hand tools a plus.
• Can complete required safety classes.
• Complete satisfactory background and drug screen.
• Have a Valid Driver's license and be legally able to operate a motor vehicle.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass FBI background check and State of Ohio BCII background check.
• Must be able to pass sanctions checks for working in health care facilities.

Skills

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Familiarity with CMMS software.
• Personal hand tools.
