Job Summary
Maintenance Technicians must have general maintenance skills necessary for repairs and preservation of historic buildings. Ideal candidate will have excellent customer service, a keen eye for details, and focused problem solving.

Position Type: Seasonal
Season Dates: starting in early- to mid-September and ending in mid-October 2026 (dates vary by location)
Pay: $17.25/hr
Schedule: Typical schedule is 40+ hours, 5 days per week (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays)

Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance repairs and tasks on historical buildings.
Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems.
Provide, with Professional Demeanor, excellent customer service to our guests and staff.
Follow Company and departmental environmental practices, safety practices, and policies and procedures.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Proficient in all guest-facing facility repairs (faucet leaks, loose fixtures, faulty windows and doors, wall repair and paint).
Effective communication with manager of needs when a repair is out of immediate ability to complete.
Skillful with all common hand tools and power tools.
Experience:
Hospitality Facility Maintenance preferred.
Physical Requirements
Walk distances over uneven terrain, climb stairs and ladders in all types of weather conditions.
Frequent lifting and carrying of supplies, materials, and equipment throughout the day.
Bend, stretch, reach, and crawl for extended periods of time.
Work safely with required chemicals, tools, and equipment.
