Facilities Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Record and log maintenance, repairs, and inspections
• Dig, sweep, shovel, and pressure wash as needed
• Perform general facility cleaning and painting
• Perform general maintenance duties
• Aid in the installation of new and relocation of existing equipment including dismantling, erection, leveling, fitting, and aligning operations
• Respond to daily facilities work orders and work on special projects
• Install and make repairs to interior walls, tile, carpet, and coverings made of various materials
• Install and make repairs to various hardware, including but not limited to door closures and cylindrical locks
