Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Diagnose and repair commercial kitchen equipment, refrigeration units, and club amenities
- Maintain pool equipment and clubhouse mechanical systems
- Support lighting, sound, and event-related facility needs
Skills and Requirements
- High attention to detail

- Team-oriented and reliable
- 3 years of facilities, commercial property, or hospitality maintenance experience
- Competency in carpentry, painting and general construction
- Strong working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Able to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently
- Professional demeanor and strong communication skills
