Responsibilities

  • Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
  • Diagnose and repair commercial kitchen equipment, refrigeration units, and club amenities
  • Maintain pool equipment and clubhouse mechanical systems
  • Support lighting, sound, and event-related facility needs

Skills and Requirements

  • 3 years of facilities, commercial property, or hospitality maintenance experience
  • Competency in carpentry, painting and general construction

  • Able to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently
  • Professional demeanor and strong communication skills
