Facilities Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities
- Execute preventative & corrective maintenance work orders for critical utilities and facilities production equipment, building, and grounds.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and operating difficulties and make necessary repairs or adjustments.
- Provides on-call emergency technical support as required.
- Perform daily rounds and monitor alarms on the Building Management System.
- Maintain records in accordance with SOPs and Protocols.
- Cook up procurement of maintenance equipment, service repair parts, and supplies as required.
- Solicit professional services as required to maintain equipment, building, and grounds.
- Make facilities and equipment and repair / replacement recommendations to management.
- Complete all assigned tasks following cGMPs, OSHA and other Federal and State regulations.
- Perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned by management.
Requirements
- High School diploma: 4+ years in facilities maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
- Strong HVAC and electrical background is required.
- Preferred but not recommended: 2-year degree or completion of apprenticeship in related field.
- 3+ years in facilities and / or industrial maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
- Hold’s a Massachusetts Wastewater 2I License or obtains one within year of employment.
- Experience in Medical Device and or Pharmaceutical is preferred.
- Must be available for overtime in emergency situations and work flexible hours to provide coverage.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.

- Massachusetts Wastewater 2I License or obtain within year of employment.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by several factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for bonus, commission, equity or other variable compensation.
