Facilities Maintenance Technician

About the role

This position provides general maintenance to the Credit Union's facilities as assigned by the Supervisor. The employee rotates shifts and must be available for on-call and weekend work. The position is located in Moon Township, PA and requires travel to all 27+ financial centers.

Responsibilities

• Must be flexible with hours and days off.
• Provide backup and support to Facilities Specialist/Security.
• Perform opening procedures to include Moon building lights and walk-through.
• Monitor Help Desk tickets and handle issues internally.
• Monitor and analyze situations requiring professional outside service and get vendors to repair or replace as needed.
• Maintain and monitor all Clearview buildings and grounds for any deficiencies.
• Handle restroom and breakroom problems, including water and drainage issues.
• Oversee all additional housekeeping tasks and handle or oversee extreme issues personally.
• Identify and report furniture issues needing replacement.
• Report to Management and conduct walk-throughs for suspicious activity.
• Assure inspections and maintenance of fire extinguishers, emergency lighting, and HVAC systems.
• Monitor and assist in the repair and all issues revolving around facility contracted cable access.
• Ensure proper handling of secure shredding and maintain an open channel of communication with management.
• Monitor buildings with a UPS system for possible problems and schedule inspections.
• Support all departments in transporting equipment, document storage, Christmas decorations, and supplies.
• Maintain an open channel of communication with immediate management team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of similar or related experience required (light residential maintenance).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Decision-making skills.
• Working independently and with a team.

Skills

• General knowledge of AI tools and willingness to learn how they can improve results, adapt workflows, and support a culture of innovation.

Salary range is determined based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Monday – Friday, 6am- 3pm and/or 8am- 5pm changes based on operational needs.
