Facilities Maintenance Tech (Multi-Location) - Nashville TN Based

Job Functions

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on base building systems including HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, dock equipment, and building envelope components.
• Travel routinely between assigned facilities to execute maintenance plans, inspections, and repairs.
• Act as the primary technical owner for facility infrastructure systems within the assigned district.
• Diagnose equipment and system deficiencies, determine appropriate corrective actions, and execute or coordinate repairs.
• Conduct routine facility rounds and inspections to identify risks, compliance concerns, and deferred maintenance.
• Coverage of multiple sites including Nashville, Memphis, and Knoxville.

Required Job Skills

• A high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Three to five years of experience in facilities maintenance, building engineering, or industrial maintenance.
• Demonstrated experience supporting complete building systems.
• Experience coordinating contractors and service providers across multiple sites preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems including RTUs, split systems, and exhaust equipment.
• Understanding of electrical distribution systems, lighting, panels, receptacles, and lockout/tagout procedures.
• Experience with plumbing systems and domestic water infrastructure.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, one-line diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Familiarity with CMMS platforms and basic computer applications.

Preferred Job Skills

• OSHA or equivalent safety training preferred.
