Facilities Maintenance Tech

Responsibilities

• Conduct a daily walk-through of the facility, identifying repair/service needs.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and correct them.
• Perform preventative maintenance on facilities and equipment.
• Perform basic facility and structure repairs/maintenance (to include electrical, plumbing, HVAC routine maintenance, drywall, painting, pool maintenance, etc.).
• Repair machines and equipment.
• Cook with the Club Development Team on major facility issues and repairs.
• Partner with the General Manager and Operations Manager to discuss club maintenance needs.
• Maintain the club’s Maintenance Log (UpKeep).

Requirements

• Proven maintenance experience.
• Skilled in the use of hand or power tools.
• Experience in performing routine maintenance (HVAC, pools, saunas, etc).
• Strong organizational and follow up skills.
• Strong time management skills.
