Facilities Maintenance Supervisor - DFW

Full-time, non-exempt position based in Dallas, Texas. Shifts include A.M. and P.M. schedules.

About the role

Supervisor is responsible for monitoring the lines of services provided at their station. Responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily activities of agents to ensure safe and effective operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of leads and agents.
• Manage shift schedule including workstation assignments, employee training, vacations, breaks, overtime, back-up for absent employees, and shift rotations.
• Communicate with the manager concerning any problems or issues.
• Schedule and conduct shift meetings.
• Assist in the administration of payroll; complete shift paperwork and perform other administrative functions.
• Perform job duties of assigned shift.
• Monitor and enforce safe working conditions in accordance with regulatory requirements, ERMC policies, safety procedures, and all applicable laws.
• Promote and adhere to policies concerning Safety, Anti-Harassment, and Equal Employment Opportunity.
• Perform other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill and experience capabilities expected for this position.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must possess a Government ID and social security card.
• Must be able to obtain and keep an airport security badge.
• Must have or be able to attain reliable transportation.
• Able to work in extreme conditions, such as hot and cold weather, as well as small spaces.
• Able to receive appropriate security clearances after completing a criminal background check.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to work extended hours depending on operational needs.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
