Facilities Maintenance Supervisor
About the role
The Facilities Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the building and facilities related preventive maintenance, project upgrades, additions, and new model and non-new model requirements from concept through execution. This role coordinates daily requirements and activities according to Stellantis Production Way (SPW) and works closely with the skilled trades workforce to meet daily objectives.
Responsibilities
- Oversee preventive maintenance and project upgrades for facilities
- Coordinate skilled trades workforce to meet daily objectives
- Work closely with SPW to ensure compliance and efficiency
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous manufacturing or skilled trades supervisory experience
- Demonstrated ability to coach/mentor/develop team members
- Experience working in a union environment
- Ability to work any shift and overtime as required
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills (including working knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite) (preferred)
