About the role
The Facilities Maintenance - Structures Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of all structures within the Los Rios Community College District facilities.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage a team of maintenance workers to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Oversee the inspection and maintenance of all buildings, including structural integrity checks.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve facility maintenance processes and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Coordinate with other departments to address facility-related issues and requests.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in facilities management or construction.
- Experience supervising a team of maintenance workers.
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and maintenance procedures.
