Facilities Maintenance/ Lot Steward

Job Duties

Aid in maintaining the company facilities and lots to ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment.

Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of dealership lots, sidewalks, and common areas.

Support the maintenance team with daily tasks and special projects as needed.

Perform seasonal duties such as snow removal, leaf cleanup, and general property upkeep.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required – we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, bending, walking, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license required
