Management$70k–$80k/yrFull-time

About the role

SeaFlower Association, located in Bradenton, FL, is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Director to join a fast‑paced hospitality‑focused property organization as part of Troon, a global leader in golf and community management. This senior, field‑focused leadership position oversees the condition, cleanliness, functionality, and readiness of SeaFlower Community Association’s common areas, amenities, and infrastructure during active developer‑controlled construction phases. The community is a large, master‑planned development with an anticipated build‑out of approximately 4,000 homes. While the Developer handles design and construction, the Director protects the Association’s interests by conducting rigorous site inspections, monitoring compliance with approved plans, and holding all parties accountable for quality, cleanliness, and workmanship. The role works collaboratively as a peer with the Community Association Manager and the Art of Living Director within an integrated leadership team that emphasizes shared responsibility, operational crossover, and mutual accountability. This is a field‑first position; the incumbent will spend the majority of time walking sites, conducting inspections, observing conditions firsthand, and engaging directly with representatives and vendors rather than working from an office.

  • Participate in Board meetings, workshops, and internal planning sessions to provide field insight and recommendations.
  • Respond to inquiries from residents, staff, Board members, and external stakeholders related to common area conditions and maintenance concerns.
  • Assist with interviewing, training, supervising, and evaluating maintenance personnel as assigned.
