Facilities Maintenance

Essential Functions

• Identify building maintenance needs and immediate corrective actions.
• Replace/repair building finishes, including painting, concrete work, door hardware, and piping.
• Support/ direct onsite service contractors and vendors.
• Perform routine/ non-routine preventative maintenance in and around all company facilities/ equipment.
• Knowledge of preventative maintenance measures to maintain a safe and functioning environment.
• Work both independently and as part of a team.
• Available on weekends.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Proficient with tools/ equipment used in building/ custodial maintenance, reconstruction, and repair work.
• Previous experience as a facilities maintenance technician in a manufacturing or construction setting.

The hourly range for this role is $19.46 to $29.19 per hour. Pay is based upon several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. Rise Baking Company complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
