Job Description

You will be the Facilities Maintenance Associate Manager - Level 4 for the Facilities Maintenance team which is responsible for managing plant facilities, infrastructure, and equipment on a large-scale production campus.

What You Will Be Doing

• Supervise and develop trade personnel and salaried staff, handling recruitment, training, performance assessments, work assignments, and recognition/disciplinary actions.
• Manage production machinery and equipment, directing emergent, corrective, and preventative maintenance activities.
• Plan, schedule, and allocate department resources to ensure priority projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, design, and build requirements while applying appropriate policies and procedures.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and equipment-repair issues promptly, providing technical guidance as needed.
