Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Embraces the 1 T.E.A.M. culture
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on facilities to ensure optimal operation.
- Landscape and maintain outdoor spaces for residential, commercial facilities.
- Residential and commercial painting tasks as needed to maintain aesthetic standards.
- Deliver excellent customer service by addressing concerns promptly and effectively.
- Lead projects related to facilities maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas and tools.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Proficiency in residential painting techniques.
- Proficiency in landscaping.
- Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating professionalism in all interactions.
- Knowledge of logic controllers and ability to read schematics for troubleshooting purposes.
- Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and collaboration among staff members.
- Comprehensive understanding of facilities maintenance practices, ensuring high standards are met.
- Ability to maintain equipment, tools, and work areas in optimal condition.
Education Requirements
- A High School Diploma or GED is required.
