Facilities Maintenance and Landscaping Technician

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Embraces the 1 T.E.A.M. culture
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on facilities to ensure optimal operation
• Landscape and maintain outdoor spaces for residential, commercial facilities
• Residential and commercial painting tasks as needed to maintain aesthetic standards
• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing concerns promptly and effectively
• Lead projects related to facilities maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety regulations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas and tools
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Proficiency in residential painting techniques
• Proficiency in landscaping
• Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating professionalism in all interactions
• Knowledge of logic controllers and ability to read schematics for troubleshooting purposes
• Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and collaboration among staff members
• Comprehensive understanding of facilities maintenance practices, ensuring high standards are met
• Ability to maintain equipment, tools, and work areas in optimal condition

Education Requirements

• A High School Diploma or GED is required
