Facilities Lead

About the role

The Facilities Lead at Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of St. Louis, St. Patrick Center, is responsible for coordinating projects, guiding day-to-day maintenance operations, and supporting a team that ensures safety, compliance, and welcoming environments in the organization's facilities.

Requirements

• Technical expertise in facility management
• Experience in project coordination and maintenance oversight

• Ability to work flexible hours including rotating on-call responsibilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in facility management or related field
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations

Pay

The hourly wage starts at $26 per hour.

Schedule

The core working hours at St. Patrick Center are Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:30pm.
