Facilities Laborer - Moorestown NJ

Description

Provide support to all facility related operations. Obtain/maintain forklift operating certification. Performs any or one of the following typical laboring tasks:

• Digs trenches and any other excavations using picks and shovels.
• Demolishes, disassembles and removes structures such as scaffolding, partitions, foundations, floors and walks using hand tools such as crow bars, sledge hammers, and other necessary tools.
• Removes debris and salvage material using broom, shovel, wheel barrow or truck and loads into motor trucks.
• Remove snow as needed using Shovel/Snow removal equipment.
• Maintain roof drains on buildings.
• Move office furniture throughout the facility using carts/dolly's and hand trucks.

Basic Qualifications

• Must be able to work independently or in teams.
• Must be able to lift, bend and perform the normal activities of a sometimes physically challenging position.
• Must possess and maintain valid driver's license.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain a DOD secret security clearance.
