Facilities HVAC Technician - Lead

About the role

The Facilities HVAC Technician - Lead is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in a variety of facilities. This position requires a strong background in HVAC technology and a proven ability to lead and mentor other technicians.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of HVAC systems
• Diagnose and resolve complex HVAC issues
• Train and mentor junior technicians
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules
• Collaborate with other facility managers to ensure efficient system operation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HVAC or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC maintenance and repair
• Proven leadership skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components
• Experience with HVAC diagnostic tools and equipment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually
