Lead HVAC Technician
Qualifications
- 10+ years of residential service experience with relevant HVAC equipment
- A record of developing apprentice technicians into skilled service professionals
- An EPA certification is essential (a NATE certification would be a bonus)
- A valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record
Responsibilities
As our Lead HVAC Technician, you kickstart your morning by diagnosing, servicing, and repairing a range of HVAC systems, leaving your mark of excellence with each job.
While you work your magic, you also mentor the next generation of technicians - sharing insights, honing their skills, and watching them flourish under your guidance.
You also generate replacement sales leads and promote maintenance agreements ensuring that our company growth plans keep accelerating and you reap the rewards of your efforts!
