Facilities Helpdesk Assistant - Denton

We're now looking for a proactive and customer-focused Facilities Helpdesk Assistant to join our Facilities team at our National Support Centre in Denton.
About the role
As the first point of contact for facilities and maintenance enquiries across our nursery network, you'll play a vital role in ensuring issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Managing incoming maintenance requests via phone, email and helpdesk systems.
- Logging, prioritising and escalating reactive maintenance issues.
- Liaising daily with nurseries, contractors and suppliers.
- Monitoring ticket progress and ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are achieved.
- Raising and managing purchase orders and goods receipting.
- Reviewing contractor quotations before approval.
- Supporting compliance documentation and records management.
- Providing feedback on contractor performance to support continuous improvement.
What success looks like
- Maintenance issues are resolved within agreed SLAs.
- Compliance standards remain above 95%.
- Facilities records are accurate and audit-ready.
- Nurseries receive excellent support and service.
- Positive feedback is consistently achieved from our sites.
