Essential Job Functions

  • Oversight of all routine break fix repairs for the stores or submission of larger repairs/replacements to the Senior Coordinator queue.
  • Initiate, oversee, and execute facility maintenance routine break fix repairs in a cost-effective and timely manner.
  • Provide cost per repair, define scope of works and repairs, and responsible for all internal and external communication.
  • Facilitate aspects of break fix repairs and coordinate those repairs.
  • Ensure asset protection and facility sustainment through preventative maintenance programs, temporary and permanent break/fix repairs.
  • Field repair requests via email, phone calls, or MARS, process service requests, determine responsibility of repair, and delegate to appropriate parties.
  • Review and approve service requests, place work orders, outline scope of work, set completion dates, and establish Not To Exceed pricing.
  • Submit requests requiring additional investigation or in-depth evaluation to the Senior Coordinator queue for resolution.
  • Oversight, follow-up, and communication throughout the process using MARS dashboard and query reporting.

Skills/Education/Knowledge/Experience/Abilities

  • High School diploma with 2-4 years construction, maintenance, HVAC, electrical or related trades experience.
  • Good people skills and excellent customer service.
  • Ability to multi-task and possess proven dependability and reliability.
  • A basic knowledge of computers (Word, Excel, E-mail, Internet, and database systems).

Desired Skills/Education/Knowledge/Experience/Abilities

  • High School diploma with 3-5 years construction, maintenance, HVAC, electrical or related field experience.
