To view the full job description, please click the link or copy and paste this web address into your browser: https://apply.workable.com/j/7889695E0C PAY RATE: $16.63 per hour, What You'll Do As a Facilities Groundskeeper, you'll perform a variety of groundskeeping, maintenance, and facility support duties, including: Maintain agency grounds through mowing, mulching, raking, pruning, and general landscapingPerform snow and ice removal, including shoveling, salting, and maintaining safe walkwaysAssist with facility cleaning and janitorial responsibilities as neededConduct preventative maintenance and care of landscaping and groundskeeping equipmentHelp maintain building exteriors and complete general maintenance tasksMove furniture and assist with office relocations when neededIdentify and address potential safety concerns to help ensure a secure environmentComplete work orders, project documentation, and required recordsWork independently and as part of a team to support facility operations. Physical & Work Environment This position requires regular outdoor work in varying weather conditions and the ability to perform physically active tasks. Responsibilities may include standing, walking, climbing ladders, lifting and carrying materials, working in confined spaces such as attics or crawlspaces, and wearing required safety equipment.
