We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must remove boilerplate. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Key sections: - Location: Home base North Campus, Servicing Both Campuses - Schedule: Full-time year round - Reports To: Director of Operations - Desired Start Date: ASAP - Then "More Than a Job, A Mission" etc. That's about the organization, maybe "About the role"? Actually "About the role" could be the description of the role: "In this role, the Facilities & Events Coordinator will oversee all aspects of campus facilities and event operations." That's a paragraph. - Then bullet list of responsibilities: "An Aug Prep Facilities & Events Coordinator Will" then list items: Scheduling, Event planning, Event readiness, Event standards, External users, Departmental and IT support, Inventory. - Then "What We're Looking For" includes mission belief, alignment with statement of faith, organizational/communication skills, 1-3 years experience, ability to anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, proficiency with Google Workspace, familiarity with basic AV equipment, service-minded approach, experience with Incident IQ etc. - Then "Benefits:" paragraph: medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with employer match, employer-sponsored disability coverage, $2500/year for college courses or professional development, link to more list. - Work Hours & Conditions: Work hours will vary based on season and program needs. While majority during regular business hours, some evenings and weekends required. - Also location, schedule, reports to, start date. We need sections: About the role (maybe summary), Responsibilities (list), Requirements (maybe experience, mission alignment?), Qualifications (maybe education? Not present), Skills (maybe proficiency with tools), Benefits (explicit), Pay (not present), Schedule (we have schedule: Full-time year round). Also maybe "Work Hours & Conditions" could be part of Schedule? But schedule section should be only if posting actually states them. It does: "Schedule: Full-time year round". Also work hours details: "Work hours will vary based on season and program needs. While the majority of work will occur during regular business hours, some evenings and weekends will be required." That could go under Schedule or maybe a separate section? The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can include Schedule heading and include both the schedule and work hours details. We must not create Pay section because no pay info. We must not create Qualifications if not present; but we have "What We're Looking For" which includes qualifications like belief, experience, skills. Could map to Requirements and Skills. We need to decide. We have "Requirements" could include: deep belief in mission, alignment with statement of faith, active participation in local church, 1-3 years relevant experience, ability to anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, collaborate across departments, manage relationships, calm when plans change, proficiency with Google Workspace, familiarity with basic AV equipment, service-minded approach, eye for detail, experience with Incident IQ etc. "Skills" could include: organizational and communication skills, dependable follow-through, ability to manage multiple events, proficiency with Google Workspace, shared calendars, spreadsheets, digital scheduling tools, familiarity with varying IT platforms, basic AV equipment, willingness to learn campus systems, service-minded approach, eye for detail. But there is overlap. We need to avoid duplication but preserve all substantive info. Could split: Requirements: mission belief, statement of faith, church participation, 1-3 years experience, ability to anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, collaborate across departments, manage external partners, calm under change. Skills: organizational and communication skills, dependable follow-through, manage multiple events, proficiency with Google Workspace, shared calendars, spreadsheets, digital scheduling tools, familiarity with IT platforms, basic AV equipment, willingness to learn campus systems, service-minded approach, eye for detail, experience with Incident IQ etc. But some items like "proficiency with Google Workspace" appear both. We'll decide to put under Skills. We need to ensure we don't invent placeholders. Now Benefits: we have paragraph. Schedule: we have "Full-time year round" plus work hours details. Location maybe not a heading; we could include location in a short paragraph under About the role? The instruction: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Location is minor metadata; we can include in a short p. Reports To: Director of Operations also minor metadata. Desired Start Date: ASAP also minor. We could include those in a short paragraph after About the role. Now we need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. We'll produce something like:

Schedule

Full‑time year round. Work hours will vary based on season and program needs. While the majority of work will occur during regular business hours, some evenings and weekends will be required.

We need to ensure we didn't repeat any content unnecessarily. Check that we preserved all substantive info: - Location, Reports To, Desired Start Date included in About the role paragraph. - Mission statement etc included in Requirements. - Award-winning workplace etc? That's about the organization, not role. Could be included in About the role? The posting includes "More Than a Job, A Mission" etc describing the organization. Should we include that? It's substantive info about the workplace. Could be part of About the role or maybe a separate section like "About Aug Prep". But headings limited to given list; we could put it under About the role as well. However we already used About the role for role description. Could add a paragraph about the organization after the role description. That's okay. We missed some details: "Award-Winning Workplace: Recognized as a 'Best Place to Work' by the Milwaukee Business Journal six times in a row, standing out as the only school on the list in most years!" etc. Also "High Expectations that Open Doors: ... 100% college acceptance rate and $85M+ scholarships". Also "Outstanding Resources: ... state-of-the-art facilities include advanced sports complexes, performing arts centers, top-notch classrooms and two swimming pools." Also "Whole-Child Approach: ..." Also "Joy Factor: ..." These are about the organization and could be included in About the role or maybe a separate section but we don't have a heading for "About the organization". We could incorporate them into About the role paragraph after role description. That would preserve all substantive info. Let's add a paragraph after role description: "Aug Prep is more than a school, it's a community where excellence, faith, and holistic education come together..." etc. We need to ensure we don't create headings with filler. We'll keep About the role heading and include both role description and organization description. Now check we didn't miss any responsibilities: we captured all bullet points under "An Aug Prep Facilities & Events Coordinator Will". Good. Check we didn't miss any requirements: we captured mission belief, statement of faith, church participation, 1-3 years experience, ability to anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, collaborate across departments, manage external partners, calm under change. Also we might have missed "Ability to anticipate event needs, identify missing details, and independently follow through while recognizing when to involve leadership or specialized support." That's included. Also "Ability to manage competing priorities, collaborate across departments, and manage relationships with external partners while remaining calm when plans change." included. Also "Ability to anticipate event needs, identify missing details, and independently follow through while recognizing when to involve leadership or specialized support." included.
