About the role
The Maintenance Engineer Building Operations performs a variety of duties in and around the buildings of the hospital complex, including the repair and maintenance of machinery and mechanical equipment. Operates and maintains stationary engines and mechanical equipment such as pumps, compressors, generators, and steam boilers to provide utilities like light, heat, power, refrigeration, air conditioning, and other services for the hospital.
Schedule
Variable Shift, Per Diem/On Call (works on either 7am-3:30pm or 11am – 7:30pm depending on staffing needs).
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in maintenance and repair of mechanical systems.
Qualifications
- H.S. Diploma or GED (preferred).
- 5 years of experience in maintenance and repair of mechanical systems (preferred).

Pay
Pay range: $22.78 - $34.88 per hour. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
